Selection Key Points

• Magnetic Field Strength: According to the magnetic strength of the magnetic substances in the materials and the separation requirements, select a rotary iron remover/magnetic separator with an appropriate magnetic field strength. Generally speaking, for materials with strong magnetism, a device with a lower magnetic field strength can be selected; for materials with weak magnetism, a device with a high magnetic field strength is required.
• Processing Capacity: According to the production scale and the amount of materials to be processed, select a device with a corresponding processing capacity. The processing capacity is usually related to factors such as the diameter, length, and rotation speed of the drum, and comprehensive consideration is needed according to the actual situation.
• Material Characteristics: Including the particle size, humidity, viscosity, etc. of the materials. For materials with a large particle size, a device with a larger drum diameter and gap should be selected to avoid material blockage; for materials with high humidity or strong viscosity, the anti-blocking and cleaning functions of the device need to be considered.
• Installation Method: According to the on-site space layout and process flow, select an appropriate installation method, such as suspension type, floor type, or pipeline type, etc. Different installation methods are suitable for different occasions and need to be selected according to the actual situation.
• Equipment Quality and After-sales Service: Select equipment with reliable quality and stable performance, and pay attention to the after-sales service level of the manufacturer, including aspects such as equipment installation and debugging, maintenance, and spare parts supply, to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
