Working Principles

Electromagnetic Dry Powder Magnetic Separators: These generate a magnetic field through an electromagnetic system, and the magnetic field intensity can be controlled by adjusting the current. When materials are in the magnetic field, magnetic particles are adsorbed under the action of magnetic force, while non - magnetic particles are separated from the magnetic particles under the influence of gravity and other forces. Operators can flexibly adjust the magnetic field intensity according to the characteristics of the materials and processing requirements to achieve the best magnetic separation effect.

Technical Parameters
Common technical parameters of dry powder magnetic separators include drum diameter, drum length, magnetic induction intensity on the drum surface, processing capacity, motor power, and drum rotation speed. Different models of dry powder magnetic separators vary in these parameters to meet different production requirements. For example, for the CTB series of dry powder magnetic separators, the models range from CTB6012 to CTB1530. The feeding particle size is generally 0 - 3mm, and the processing capacity ranges from 10 - 280t/h.
